Quando Ricette e Buon Gusto diventano un programma: Ciak si Cucina!

La sfida, Blog e Blogger a colpi di Dolce e Salato.

Oggi parliamo di cucina e delle ultime tendenze in fatto di palati raffinati e design creativo ai fornelli. Recentemente sono stata ospitata in qualità di GIURATA in un nuovo format  targato Deacomunicazione Eventi, diventato subito un programma di cucina molto seguito sul web e ancora piu da tutti gli appassionati che inviano centinaia di richeste per essere i protagonisti di una esilarante sfida tra fiamme e fornelli. I protagonisti? Un uomo e una donna che cercano di creare il piatto migliore e vincere una borsa di studio di 3000 euro messa in palio dalla ITALIAN GENIUS ACCADEMY- accademia di alta cucina.

Il format gastronomico si svolge in  importanti punti ristoro nel territorio capitolino, tra cui alcuni di lunga e declarata fama, che offrono la propria sede e la propria cucina come quinta del programma.
Ma come si svolge la sfida? Passeggiamo nelle retrovie della cucina  di  D’ANTONI E D’ANTONI, un’antico Bar-Pasticceria dal 1974 sito in via Dino Pennazzato, e tra una pentola e l’altra, un mestolo e scaffali pieni di spezie e aromi profumati, subito ci imbattiamo in ingredienti molto molto particolari e in due concorrenti davvero d’eccezione.
Ve li presento subito: RAFFAELE PIGNATARO vs TAMARA D’ANDRIA, un Food Blogger e una bellissima Fashion Blogger,  indossano le magliette nere di CIAK SI CUCINA e sono pronti a cimentarsi in una sfida all’ultimo colpo di golosità.
Eccoli al lavoro in cucina, sorridenti di fronte alle telecamere e ai fotografi della trouppe del programma, alle prese con la farcitura di un deliziosissimo Panbrioches bicolore, ripieno di caviale, camberetti, salmone accostato delicatamente a una sottilissima fettina d’arancia, prosciutto e fichi ( uno dei miei preferiti, ve lo svelo in gran segreto 😛 ). All’opera insieme a loro il Pastrichief Supervisor : ALESSANDRO FABBRI.

PANBRIOCHES, TORTA TRIPLO CIOCCOLATO, LEMON CAKE e in piu un piatto presentato dalla Location: una meravigliosa TORTA TAHITI, LIME LAMPONI E MOUSSE DI VANIGLIA, accompagnata in ESCLUSIVA per noi di CIAK SI CUCINA da un Exotic Bellini.

Devo dire che è stato tutto buonissimo e che i concorrenti in fatto di fruste e palette se la sono cavata egregiamente. E’ stata veramente dura per la giuria decretare il migliore di questa puntata, declamando infine Raffaele Pignataro come vincitore. Un grande elogio va anche alla sua avversaria Tamara D’Andria, modella di professione e fashion blogger molto rinomata (trovate il suo blog qui http://looklikeamodel-llam.blogspot.it/).

Ho apprezzato molto questa esperienza da giurata, soprattutto per la meravigliosa torta al triplo cioccolato che avrebbe incantantato anche il peggiore dei cuori freddi: Cioccolato fondente nel pan di spagna, ricoperta da crema al cioccolato al latte e infine….tenetevi forte… una colata di paradisiaco cioccolato bianco come la neve! Today we talk about the latest trends in kitchen and made of refined palates and creative design in the kitchen. Recently I was hosted as a SWORN in a new format weblog Deacomunicazione Events, quickly became a cooking show much more on the web and even more from all the fans that send hundreds of adaptions to be the protagonists of a hilarious battle between fire and stove . The protagonists? A man and a woman who are trying to create the best dish and win a scholarship of € 3000 offered as a prize by the ITALIAN GENIUS ACADEMY-academy of haute cuisine.

The format is held in important gastronomic dining in the territory capitol, including some long and Declarata fame, who offer their home and their kitchen as a fifth of the program.
But as there is the challenge? We walk in the rear of the kitchen D’ANTONI AND D’ANTONI, a former Bar-Pasticceria from 1974 in Via Dino Pennazzato, and between one and the other pot, a ladle and shelves filled with spices and fragrant aromas, we immediately come across very very special ingredients and two competitors really exceptional.
Present them immediately: RAFFAELE PIGNATARO vs TAMARA D’Andria, a Food Blogger and a beautiful fashion blogger, wearing black T-shirts to TAKE YOU KITCHEN and are ready to take on a challenge to the coup of goodies.
Here they are at work in the kitchen, smiling for the cameras and photographers trouppe of the program, dealing with the filling of a scrumptious Panbrioches-color, filled with caviar, camberetti, salmon pulled gently to a thin slice of orange, figs and prosciutto (one of my favorites, I’ll let you in secret:-P). All’opera with them the Pastrichief Supervisor: ALESSANDRO FABBRI.

PANBRIOCHES, TRIPLE CHOCOLATE CAKE, LEMON CAKE and more in a dish presented by Location: a wonderful CAKE TAHITI LIME RASPBERRY AND VANILLA MOUSSE, accompanied EXCLUSIVELY for us to TAKE YOU KITCHEN by an Exotic Bellini.

I have to say it was all delicious and that competitors in terms of whips and paddles fared very well. E ‘was really hard for the jury to decide the best of this episode, declaiming finally Raffaele Pignataro as the winner. A great praise also goes to her opponent Tamara D’Andria, professional model and fashion blogger very popular (you can find his blog here http://looklikeamodel-llam.blogspot.it/).

I really enjoyed this experience as a sworn, especially for the wonderful triple chocolate cake that would incantantato even the worst of cold hearts: Dark chocolate in sponge cake, cream milk chocolate and finally …. wait for it … a stream of heavenly chocolate as white as snow! The Butterfly Effect – Originalità e Cosmopolitan Style

Cari amici, qualche giorno fa ho partecipato ad una sfilata organizzata da una stilista emergente sul panorama delle fashion week romane. Ho avuto il piacere di incontrarla nell’importante manifestazione del Fashion in River dello scorso 2012 presso l‘Isola Tiberina, lei è Francesca Alesse, reduce inoltre di Alta Moda Roma nell’edizione 2012. I suoi capi e le sue creazioni si ispirano al tema della farfalla, alla sua naturale metamorfosi simbolo di cambiamento e innovazione, ma anche di libertà creatrice, delicatezza e leggerezza allo stesso tempo.
La giovane stilista, laureata in Storia dell’Arte e dall’animo fortemente creativo, ha appena aperto una boutique in Via Panisperna, nel cuore di Roma, ispirandosi totalmente a una delle sue prime collezioni, l’ esilarante The Butterfy Effect. Le farfalle esprimono l’essenza di una natura che non muore mai, ma si trasforma perennemente in qualcosa di nuovo, di creativo, proprio come la fantasia umana. La linea The Butterfly Effect nasce dunque da un insieme di idee e sinergie colme di creatività e voglia di cambiamento che incarnano in pieno lo spirito della giovane designer.
In occasione dell’imminente estate e in concomitanza con l’inaugurazione del nuovo concept store by Francesca Alesse, la stilista  ha presentato la nuovissima Collezione Primavera-estate 2013 della boutique. Durante la serata, un fashion aperitif tenutosi presso il Circolo Carracciolo in Prati a Roma,sono stati presentati piu di trenta capi dalla linea contemporanea e urban style, ma allo stesso tempo raffinati e intriganti, memori di echi  provenienti dal passato in stile hippies. Gonne, pantaloni e t-shirt a fantasia, un Cosmopolitan Style dedicato a una donna internazionale ma certamente non priva di personalità ed eleganza. I capi vivono un tempo contemporaneo e sono il frutto di una produzione artigianale tutta made in Italy.

Passiamo ora agli outfit per il giorno e vi mostro le bluse asimettriche della linea The Butterfly Effect, larghe e morbide, fresche e molto femminili se impreziosite da un accessorio. Ad esse si affiancano anche delle bluse dalla linea simil Kimono niente male.
Per la sera invece abiti lunghi dalle scollature accentuate ma sempre in linea con una femminilità delicata, decorati da pizzo e drappeggi, il tutto realizzato con stoffe pregiate: sete, chiffon  e abiti a fantasia. La donna di Butterfly Effect è una donna femminile e ricercata, è una donna che si distingue! Incantevole la gonna realizzata in piume colorate, una delle mie preferite!
Insieme a Francesca Alesse i brand Adele Fado (di Firenze) e Beayukmui (sinergia di due fashion desiner, una giappo e l’altra italiana).

Il mio abito preferito è quello rosso, impreziosito da volant e da una collana in chanel dorate! Fantastiche anche le fashion bag e le t-shirt a stampa, che potete trovare all’interno della boutique!

Eccomi con la stilista! un palco degno da talk show! In occasione della serata anche io indossavo un abito rosso by Zara Collection, mentre Francesca Alesse un abito intero nero impreziosito da una esuberante collana con ciondolo a forma di occhiale!

The Butterfly Effect – Originality and Cosmopolitan Style

Dear friends, a few days ago I attended a fashion show of an emerging designer of Roman fashion week. I had the pleasure of meeting her in the important event of the last Fashion River in July 2012 at the Tiber Island. She is Francesca Alesse, also a veteran of Alta Moda Roma in the 2012 edition. Her clothes and her creations are inspired by the theme of the butterfly metamorphosis to its natural symbol of change and innovation, but also of creative freedom, delicacy and lightness at the same time.
The young designer, graduated in History of Art from the soul and highly creative, has just opened a boutique in Via Panisperna, in the heart of Rome, ispired from one of his first collections, the most famous and hilarious: The Butterfy Effect. The butterflies express the essence of nature, change and metamorphosis, the transformation of a matter that never dies, constantly changing into something new, beautiful and amazing, infinitely creative, just like the ideas and the human imagination . The Butterfly Effect comes from a thrust of creative synergy, those of Francesca Alesse.
On the occasion of the forthcoming summer and coincide with the inauguration of the new concept store, the designer presented the new Spring-summer 2013 the boutique. During the evening, a fashion aperitif held at the Circle Carracciolo in Prati in Rome, were presented more than thirty leaders with contemporary lines and urban style, but at the same time refined and intriguing, sometimes reminiscent of echoes from the past in hippies style. Skirts, pants and t-shirt fantasy, a Cosmopolitan Style dedicated to a woman internationally but certainly not devoid of personality and elegance. The leaders live a contemporary time, as the woman who wears them, and are the result of an artisan all made in Italy.
Let us now turn to the outfit for the day and I show blouses asymmetric line The Butterfly Effect, large, soft, fresh and very feminine when decorated with an accessory, suitable to be worn over a pair of jeans. In addition there are also blouses from the line like Kimono not bad, richly adorned with colorful flowers.
For the evening long dresses necklines accentuated but always in line with a delicate femininity, decorated with lace and draping, all made with fine fabrics: silk, chiffon and fancy dresses and loads of solar energy. The woman Butterfly Effect is a feminine and sophisticated, is a woman who stands!
Along with Francesca Alesse brands Adele Fado (Florence) and Beayukmui (synergy of two fashion desiner, one Japanese and one Italian).

In this photo there are the guests invited by the press including Francesca Brienza (presenter) and Luca Angeletti (club owner).
My favorite is the red dress, embellished with ruffles and a gold necklace chanel! Fantastic also the bag, which you can find in the boutique!
